Shortly after starting her studies, she took on a position as a research assistant at the Institute for European Urban Studies (IfEU) and has since been involved in various research projects of the institute. From November 2022 to January 2024, she participated in the research project &#8220;Crisis and Transformation of the Single-Family Home&#8221; at the IfEU. At the beginning of 2022, Marie Weber completed a semester abroad at the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in Niter\u00f3i, Brazil.
